Freebie February

Freebie February

Last month I reviewed a lot of book set in winter. I don’t plan to have a theme every month, but his month, I’ll be reviewing books that were free to me.

What does this mean?

  • For the most part, I’ll be reviewing books that are free on Amazon, Smashwords, or legally through other sites on the internet. Obviously this means ebooks, and since I’m writing reviews in advance, I’m hoping the books will still be free by the time my reviews are posted.
  • I won’t be reviewing library books — I’ll save any I read for March — because the library isn’t free. Unlike most people, I have to pay for my library card and even though spreading the cost out over the year means I pay very little for each book I borrow, very little isn’t free.
  • I won’t be reviewing any books I purchase or have purchased.
  • I have ARC commitments, so I’ll also be reviewing ARCs as release dates come up, but my main focus will be on books that are available for free to everyone.

I might also feature some other fun book-related (or not!) freebies and I hope to post a list of free books that I look good and I’m downloading every week. These will probably be books I don’t have time to read and review this month.

  1. This sounds fun- great idea! It’s surprising how many free books are out there- I hope you have some good ones. 🙂

    • I have already downloaded a lot, but I’m finding some of them aren’t free anymore. It was just a limited time thing. I’d really like them all to be ones that are still free, but I’ll see if I can get a whole month’s worth of reviews out of those.
