Weekly Rewind: July 12-18

The Weekly Rewind is my version of The Sunday Post hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

life
I don’t seem to get as much done when I go into work later in the day like I did several times this week. I have to remember to keep an eye on the clock and it gets in the way of everything else. Next week should be a little better, and I already have a few posts almost finished.

One of the things I did on my vacation last week was reorganize the bathrooms. I got a lot of ideas from Pinterest and incorporated some of my own as well. Our bathrooms are small — one of them doesn’t even have a closet — so it was a challenge, but after a few trips to the dollar store I’m satisfied. Now I’m starting to think about working on our areas of the house. I don’t want to buy much more right now (even the dollar store can add up!) but I still have a few things left over. Maybe I’ll work on that on my next vacation in September.

  1. I like the idea of small house makeovers as well. I’m into the bohemian / boho look at the moment so want to get some indoor plants to make my place feel more homely!

  2. Oh gosh. Don’t get me started or organizing. LOL I’m sitting here, looking around my house, and I know I have to get started somewhere. Maybe after I finish the great book I’m reading. LOL

  3. I love Pinterest but I have so many pins that I never actually get around to doing anything with them!

  4. I love Pinterest, so many good ideas there. It sounds fun how you reworked your bathroom. I mostly use Pinterest for recipes though. Have a great week!

  5. Oh I desperately need to do some organizing and I love Pinterest! We have the tiny bathroom problem too so I have a feeling I’m going to relying on Pinterest a lot when I finally get to that redoing that one. Have a great week and enjoy your newly organized spaces!

  6. I love Pinterest and there are always great ideas there. We also have small bathrooms so it is hard to organize everything. The dollar stores are a great place to find containers. I need to work on our closets soon and donate clothes that don’t fit anymore. I hope you have a great week!
