Money Matters: June 2015

I’ve seen other bloggers, like Berls at Fantasy is More Fun and Felicia at The Geeky Blogger’s Book Blog, with book budget posts. It made me curious how much I’m spending on books each year. I have a rough idea, because I have an entertainment budget, but I’d like to get more detailed. I’m not going to try to stick to a set goal the way Berls and Felicia do, but it might end up making me think twice about buying a book if I know I have to be accountable for it here. Or maybe not!

I’ll be posting an update of the previous month’s spending on the second Saturday of each month.

Book Acquisitions – June 2015

Purchased Audiobooks
Audible costs me $14.95 for 1 credit per month. I can roll over up to 6 credits, so I might not always use my credit each month. I currently have 2 credits.

Free Books
Ghosts of July by Megan Applegate The Last Orphans by NW Harris Remember When by T. Torrest Seventh Mark by WJ May

Free Audiobooks
I’ve been downloading free audiobooks from SYNC every summer since before I started blogging. I haven’t been very impressed by their titles the past few years, but I do manage to find a few that interest me. Sometimes I download them if I have even the slightest bit of interest because free.
Dracula by Bram Stoker A Corner of White by Jaclyn Moriarty The Living by Matt de la Pena Lord of the Flies by William Golding

scott-thegirliwasbefore Awake by Natasha Preston
