Weekly Rewind: March 8-14

The Weekly Rewind is my version of The Sunday Post hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

life

A woman in my Game of War kingdom lost her husband of 20 years this week. I don’t know how he died, but her alliance quickly spread the word, asking everyone not to attack her while she’s offline over the next few weeks. Within hours this happened:

Game of War - Support for Charlene Game of War - Support for Charlene Game of War - Support for Charlene

Alliances all over the kingdom sent people to rally around her alliance’s hive. There were hundreds, maybe even over a thousand cities and encampments in all directions. It’s not much, but it’s really the only thing we can do to support her. We don’t know her and most of us never will. Her alliance is far from mine and they’re not big enough to go around the whole kingdom killing us all so I had never even heard of them before this.

  1. I have never played the game you mentioned, so I don’t really get what the images mean, but it looks like a great show of support for that woman!
I hope you’ll enjoy Stealing Parker! I can’t remember for which book I voted, but this one looks nice.
Enjoy your new books and have a great week!

  2. That is amazing. We take for granted people we’ve never met in person until something like this!
