Weekly Rewind: March 15-21

The Weekly Rewind is my version of The Sunday Post hosted by Kimba at Caffeinated Book Reviewer.

@ rather be reading ya
I had another slow week on the blog, but everyone should take a break sometime. I’ve been working a lot and when I get home I don’t always want to spend time sitting at the computer. I’m getting back into blogging a little more now, so I hope to have more posts over the next few weeks. I had intended to post a Top Ten Tuesday this week, but after spending all last Saturday night working on it, I realized I had done the topic for the 24th instead of the 17th! At least I was working ahead instead of going back to a topic I skipped.

  1. The Andromeda cover impressed me ! I heard The walking dead novels are more like the tv-show, whereas the comics differ (I read all the comics). Anyway, enjoy your great book haul !

  2. I always try to have some posts scheduled ahead so that when I don’t feel like blogging it doesn’t really show on the blog. Some weeks you just feel more like doign other things. That is nice you worked on a top ten topic for next week already. I hope you enjoy your new books and have a great week!

  4. Free books are the best! I’ve been wanting to read The Jewel for the longest time because it sounds like such an interesting read, so I’ll be looking forward to your review on it. The Walking Dead is just the best. 😀

  6. Oh! I can’t wait to see what you think of The Jewel. I’ve been going back and forth about that one. I’ve heard really good things about Under a Painted Sky, and I think I’ll be borrowing that one from the library soon.

I hope you enjoy the books!

    • I wasn’t going to get Under a Painted Sky because I’m not really a fan of the time period it’s set in, but I was surprised to see it available and the cover is so pretty I thought I might as well. Hope it’s good!

  7. Ah, it’s always hard to balance blog, reading and LIFE huh?

I’ve had the Jewel for almost a year and can’t bring myself to read it – curious as to your thoughts! 😀
